Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Architect

with 4-5 years of professional experience in architectural planning and design, specifically in

high-rise building projects

. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience across various stages of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for high-rise projects Develop schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documentation Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for seamless project execution Ensure compliance with local building codes, by-laws, and regulations Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project presentations Provide design support during execution and address site-related design queries Review drawings and ensure quality, accuracy, and design intent are maintained Assist in project planning, timelines, and documentation control

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office

Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing Experience in designing and planning

high-rise residential/commercial buildings

Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills Attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
