We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The candidate will support the design and execution team in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and on-site coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced architectural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects in design development, working drawings, and project coordination.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.
Work on residential, commercial, and interior projects.
Prepare BOQs, area statements, and basic estimates.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for execution support.
Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
Ensure design compliance with local by-laws, building codes, and project specifications.
Maintain project documentation and drawing records properly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Maximum Salary - 30,000 per month
