The Role
We are seeking an Architect with
2 to 3 years of professional experience
, specifically within the
residential sector
. You will be involved in various project phases, from initial conceptualization and schematic design to the development of detailed construction drawings and high-quality visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative design concepts for residential projects.
Produce comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation using CAD.
Create 3D models and high-end renderings to communicate design intent.
Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain a high standard of drafting and design accuracy.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience in
Residential projects
is required.
Technical Proficiency:
Mastery of
CAD
and
SketchUp
is a must.
Visualization Skills:
Strong proficiency in rendering software, specifically
Enscape
or
Lumion
.
Design Sensibility:
A keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating design aesthetics.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Bonus:
Prior experience working on
Institutional projects
is a significant plus.
Required Skills
Exceptional spatial planning and conceptual design skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly.
