Job Description

We are seeking an Architect technician with 4-5years of experience to take a leadership role in the design and development of high-profile commercial building projects. The Architect will be responsible for managing architectural design projects, ensuring integration with client needs, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality results. Day-to-day tasks include developing design solutions, overseeing project management, and coordinating workflows effectively to meet timelines and project specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-
quality design, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project
managers to develop innovative and feasible architectural solutions.
Oversee and participate in the preparation of design concepts, drawings, and construction documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives, and
translate them into well-defined design proposals.
Conduct thorough site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather crucial information for project planning and execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating sustainable practices into architectural designs whenever possible.

You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring a team of professionals, driving the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architectural Design Minimum Experience required of 4 Years working in an on-site architectural role is preferred Experience with Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve design challenges effectively Professional degree in Architecture Prior experience working in an on-site architectural role is preferred
