Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development from concept to final execution Prepare and review design drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly Resolve design and technical issues during construction Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards Guide and mentor junior architects and designers Review material specifications and construction methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 3 years of professional experience Strong design, planning, and detailing skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Good knowledge of construction methods and materials Strong communication and client-handling skills Leadership and team management abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
