The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative architectural solutions, managing projects from conception to completion, and collaborating closely with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural designs using software such as CAD, Revit & SketchUp. Create visualisations and presentations employing Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch to communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to negotiate project scope, budgets, and timelines. Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications in accordance with industry standards. Oversee project management tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with building regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Engage in joinery detailing and coordinate with fabricators for bespoke elements.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project involvement. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit & Sketchup Solid understanding of construction processes, joinery techniques, and building codes. Excellent negotiation skills for liaising with clients and contractors effectively. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Relevant professional qualification in Architecture or related field is essential.
