Job Description

1. Design and Planning

Develop

conceptual and detailed architectural designs

based on client requirements. Prepare

site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections

. Ensure

aesthetic appeal, functionality, and sustainability

of designs. Incorporate

building codes, bylaws, and regulations

into design proposals.

2. Client Interaction

Meet clients to

understand needs, budgets, and preferences

. Present design ideas through

drawings, models, or 3D visualizations

. Revise plans based on

client feedback and approvals

.

3. Coordination with Teams

Collaborate with

structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors

, and interior designers. Coordinate with

project managers

for timelines and execution. Ensure smooth

communication between design and site teams

.

4. Documentation

Prepare

working drawings

,

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

, and

construction details

. Create

tender documents

,

specifications

, and

permit drawings

. Maintain proper

record of design revisions

and approvals.

5. Site Supervision

Conduct

site visits

to monitor construction progress. Ensure work is executed

as per approved drawings and standards

. Resolve any

on-site design or technical issues

.

6. Compliance & Sustainability

Ensure compliance with

local building codes and safety regulations

. Incorporate

green building concepts

and

energy-efficient design

principles.

7. Project Management (Optional / Senior Roles)

Estimate

project costs and materials

. Monitor

timelines and budgets

. Lead

junior architects, interns, and draftsmen

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Model Town III, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
