Responsibilities:
1. To work under direct supervision of an Architect or Team leader
2. The candidate is expected to take up a diverse set of tasks ranging from developing drawing and details, SketchUp models, coordinate with Team leader and consultants.
3. Ensure that all work is carried out w.r.t. specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
4. Most of work is done in an office setting, although they occasionally visit construction sites as well.
Requirements:
1. B. ARCH from a recognized institute, with 3 to 4 years of working experience as an Architect.
2. Strong portfolio to prove your artistic ability.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape and Microsoft office and also Revit is compulsory.
4. Deeply logical thinkers with an eye for detail and design, and an ability to solve problems efficiently.
5. Highly organized multi-taskers who embrace flexibility and can prioritize many different duties and projects at once.
6. No problem meeting deadlines and are capable of communicating effectively with their clients and working as part of a team.
7. Having experience producing construction documents.
