Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring creative, functional, and sustainable architectural designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural designs and drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, ZWCAD). Develop and present design proposals and feasibility studies. Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and construction teams throughout all phases of a project. Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is being done to specification. Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, techniques, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure, depending on position level). Proven experience in architectural design and construction documentation. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ZWCAD, or similar. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
