Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing buildings and overseeing the construction process to ensure functionality, safety, sustainability, and aesthetics. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative and practical architectural solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and drawings in line with client requirements and regulatory standards Prepare feasibility studies, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation Conduct site evaluations and determine the environmental impact of projects Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals throughout the design and construction process Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws Oversee construction phases, including site visits and progress reports Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to produce detailed designs and 3D models Maintain communication with clients to refine project goals and resolve issues Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Licensed Architect (or on the path to licensure) 3+ years of professional experience (can vary by role level) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a passion for design and innovation

Preferred Skills:

LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices Experience in [specific project types, e.g., residential, commercial, healthcare] Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows Familiarity with local permitting and regulatory processes
