We're Hiring: Experienced Architects - Delhi, India

Sunando Dasgupta and Associates (SDA) is inviting applications from talented architects with 7-10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and a strong portfolio of work on institutional and commercial projects.

We are currently working on complex and high-profile projects -- including the Science City in Guwahati (yes, that one -- we're the lead architects).

This is an exciting time to join us, but it's also a demanding one. Our studio is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality design. We're looking for architects who are passionate about the work they do and ready to grow rapidly by contributing to meaningful, large-scale projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi.

Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction documentation Develop and review detailed architectural drawings and presentations Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and engineers to align design and technical goals Coordinate with clients to understand needs and guide design decisions Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure consistent quality Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and codes
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required) 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably on large-scale institutional or commercial projects Strong design and detailing skills Experience in project coordination and client communication Proficiency in architectural software tools (CAD, 3D modeling, Adobe Suite, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
