We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs.

Creating detailed working drawings and submission drawings for all projects. Be a part of all design meetings and prepare MOM for the same. Co-ordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants. Co-relate all MEP and Structure drawings for any discrepancies with the architectural drawings before issuing to the site. Creating and Maintaining all site documentation and coordination documents. Visiting the site regularly and improvising the design based on site inputs. Ensuring compliance of GFC drawings at site.

Key skills needed:

Bachelor in Architecture from a reputed institute. Knowledge of Auto-cad and Revit. Well conversant with building architecture drawings. Innovative thinking for the building design. Coordination skills with the external consultants. Knowledge of building Bye - laws and Building codes. Ability to make BOQs will be added advantage.

Pay: ?27,547.82 - ?76,284.49 per year
