Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Architect

with strong expertise in residential and interior design to join our team in

Jalandhar

. The ideal candidate will design functional, aesthetic, and regulation-compliant residential and commercial spaces aligned with modern and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects including

floor plans, elevations, and 3D models

. Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and visually appealing designs. Prepare

concept, schematic, and working drawings

using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software. Ensure all designs comply with

local building by-laws and municipal regulations

. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project cycle. Provide design input for

interior layouts, facade treatments, and material selections

. Conduct

site visits

for measurement, supervision, and design validation. Support the approval and documentation process for

building plans and permits

.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch)

from a recognized institution. Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in residential/commercial design projects. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion

. Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential work. Good understanding of

Punjab Building Rules

and local construction norms. Excellent

communication and visualization

skills.
