Architect Designer II

Key Responsibility:

? Preparing and designing preliminary plans

? Develop design ideas working with team

? Develop design schemes and feasibility studies

? Coordinate with other disciplines

? Learn and understand International Building Codes

? Create presentation books for client presentations.

? Becomes familiar with company's safety and working protocols

? No site visits required.

Qualifications:

? 3-5 years of experience in US project-related field required

? Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Enscape etc.

? Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge

? Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.

? Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.

? Ability to think critically and creativity skills

? Strong verbal and written skills

? Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines

? Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Work Authorization:

Job Type: Full-time

Onwards: ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelors in Architecture

Experience:

Total work: 3-5 years (Preferred) Revit: 3 years (Required) At least 3 years of exp. in the US projects
