Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Preparing conceptual architectural designs and layouts

Coordinating with external architects, consultants and vendors

Review design feasibility, materials, specifications

Assisting in planning, approvals, BOQ understanding

Ensuring design consistency as planned

Review architectural drawings and specifications and coordinate with project team

Attend project meetings and contribute to design discussions

Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions

Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements

Enhancing design elements in ongoing project

Educational Qualification: - Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch

Experience :-

Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate company

Preferable experience in residential projects - villas & high-rise apartments

Skills:-

Strong understanding of architecture principles

Technical knowledge of building codes, drawings and software

Ability to interpret structural, electrical, interior and MEP drawings

Knowledge of Landscape & Hard scape design will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
