Job Description

Ashish Builders & Developers is looking for a qualified Architect who will play a key role in both design and execution of our projects, including luxury residential villas and commercial developments.

The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with outsourced architect teams while also contributing original designs, drawings, and detailing whenever required. This role ensures that design intent and quality are maintained during project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

5-10 years of experience in real estate / construction projects.

Strong design sense with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (or similar).

Experience in handling residential or commercial projects preferred.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with outsourced architect and consultant teams to translate designs into working drawings.

Independently prepare designs, layouts, and detailed drawings when required.

Supervise site execution to ensure architectural design, aesthetics, and quality are maintained.

Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants and site engineers.

Review drawings, provide clarifications, and resolve site-level design issues.

Report directly to the MD/CEO on design progress and implementation.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
