Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team in delivering innovative and functional commercial interior solutions. Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings aligned with project requirements and brand standards. Oversee space planning, material selection, and interior detailing to ensure high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and execution teams to understand requirements and translate them into creative designs. Provide technical guidance and design direction throughout all project phases (concept to handover). Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, and design documentation. Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and feasibility checks. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in commercial interiors. Mentor and develop the design team to maintain a high standard of creativity and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture . 10+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing commercial interior projects (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and latest design trends. Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in large-scale commercial fit-out projects. Strong understanding of project management and coordination. Innovative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
