Job Description
Architect Minimum Requirements : 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture with 4+ years of experience in the design of architecture projects, including various typologies. 2. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design tools. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Perform efficiently, professional analysis, synthesis and recommendation of conceptual design proposals, and alternatives to communicate the design vision. 2. Ability to present high-quality architectural drawings and reports. 3. Finalize drafting projects using 2D and 3D works by co-ordinating with the technical team and site support. 4. Develop detailed drawings, technical specifications and construction documentation. 5. Perform other related tasks as required. Skills : 1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and other required software. 2. Aptitude for creative design. 3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
