Job Title:

Architect cum Project Management Associate

Experience:

1- 3 Years

Qualification:

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering

Industry:

Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Architects, MEP, PMC, RRC & approval teams

Track drawings, revisions & approvals

Support project schedules, trackers & reporting

Conduct site visits for design implementation

Handle vendor evaluation, BOQs, quotations & comparisons

Assist in MCGM approvals, NOCs & compliance documentation

Provide design inputs for marketing collaterals

Maintain MOMs, transmittals & project documentation

Skills Required:

AutoCAD, MS Office, coordination skills, design understanding, vendor management, statutory knowledge (advantage)
