Raipur Builder is looking for a motivated and creative

Architect

with

1-4 years of professional experience

to join our growing team in Raipur. The candidate will support architectural design, documentation, and site coordination for residential and commercial projects while working closely with senior architects and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution. Prepare working drawings, layouts, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, and related software. Develop 3D models and basic renderings for design presentations. Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and interior designers. Conduct site visits for measurements, drawings verification, and coordination. Support preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and documents. Ensure designs comply with building by-laws, codes, and client requirements. Assist in client meetings, presentations, and revisions as required. Research materials, finishes, and basic construction methods. Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 1-4 years of relevant architectural work experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/SketchUp preferred. Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction drawings. Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools. Basic understanding of BIM workflows. Exposure to residential and commercial projects. Familiarity with sustainable design concepts and Vastu (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
