Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end architectural projects from client briefing to final execution.

Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is executed correctly

Develop concept designs, 3D models, and visualisations for residential and commercial projects

Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution details

Lead client meetings, understand requirements, and manage design approvals

Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants

Manage vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution

Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is executed correctly

Review material selections, BOQs, and execution quality

Maintain project timelines, coordination, and documentation..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
