Experience Required:

Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end architectural projects from client briefing to final execution.

Conduct regular

site visits

and ensure design intent is executed correctly

Develop concept designs, 3D models, and visualizations for residential and commercial projects

Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution details

Lead client meetings, understand requirements, and manage design approvals

Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants

Manage vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution

Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is executed correctly

Review material selections, BOQs, and execution quality

Maintain project timelines, coordination, and documentation

Required Skills & Expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural practice

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Hands-on experience in 3D modelling & visualization (SketchUp / Lumion / Escape / 3Ds Max preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and site execution

Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership

Good communication and coordination skills
