Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present architectural concepts, drawings, and designs aligned with client and project requirements. Collaborate with civil engineers, structural consultants, and interior designers throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Prepare and review BOQs, working drawings, plans, sections, and elevations. Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure design implementation meets quality and safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in residential/commercial real estate projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
