4-5 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Interior projects Strong design understanding, detailing skills, and client-facing ability Ability to manage multiple projects independently Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership Someone who can contribute strategically and operationally Willingness to take responsibility for

profit & loss

along with the leadership team
