Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Architect (4-6 years)

with strong skills in

AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural design

. The ideal candidate will be involved in

concept design, master planning, space planning, detailing, and project coordination

, bringing creative ideas to life in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural

planning, space planning, and design development

. Create

conceptual schemes, master plans, zoning layouts, traffic circulation, and phasing strategies

. Work on

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools

to deliver drawings, details, and client presentations. Collaborate with

external architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors

for smooth project execution. Design and execute layouts for

retail stores, commercial spaces, and hospitality environments

. Manage

budgets, timelines, schedules, and deliverables

effectively. Produce

construction drawings, design presentations, sketches, and 3D visuals

when required. Support

landscape design, sustainable design strategies, and integration with overall project vision

.

Requirements

4-6 years

of relevant architectural experience. Strong command of

AutoCAD

(SketchUp/3ds Max/Lumion a plus). Proven experience in

commercial, retail, hospitality, or industrial projects

. Excellent

architectural design, detailing, and drafting skills

. Strong design sensibility with a focus on

modern, sustainable, and functional architecture

. Quick hand sketching ability (preferred but not mandatory). Strong

communication, presentation, and client interaction skills

. Ability to handle

fast-paced projects, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines

. Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
