Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect who can act as the bridge between clients and internal visualization teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and design concepts, and be able to QC files, interpret client inputs, and ensure accuracy before project execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client CoordinationReview and understand project requirements shared by clients (drawings, references, and design details). Clarify technical queries directly with clients or project architects when needed. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal 3D/Design teams.

2. Drawing Review & Quality CheckReview and validate architectural drawings (CAD / PDF / Layouts) received from clients. Identify and correct discrepancies in dimensions, materials, or design intent before production. Conduct QC checks on visualization-ready files to ensure design accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

3. Team CollaborationWork closely with 3D modelers, visualization artists, and project managers to convey design intent clearly. Provide guidance and clarifications to the production team for accurate representation of spaces, materials, and compositions.

4. Process & DocumentationMaintain proper documentation of client communication and project updates. Contribute to improving quality control and standardization processes for architectural inputs.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch preferred). 2-6 years of experience in architectural design, QC, or 3D visualization coordination. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details). Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details. Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (basic visualization understanding is a plus).
