- Architect (Design & Development)

Key Responsibilities:


Design Development & Presentation:

o Conceptualize and develop architectural designs in line with client

requirements, current trends, and appropriate materials.

o Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and design documentation for

client approval.


Construction Drawings (GFC) & Detailing:

o Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and all relevant detailed

drawings including municipal, working, and detail drawings.

o Coordinate with junior architects and draftsmen for drawing production.


Project Coordination:

o Liaise and coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and various in-

house teams for timely delivery of design packages.

o Handle project communication and documentation related to approvals, design

revisions, and construction updates.

o Assist in obtaining project approvals and clearances from consultants and

government authorities.


Team Management:

o Guide and monitor junior architects and team members through clear

delegation and follow-up.

o Review and check deliverables prepared by the team for accuracy and

adherence to design standards.

Technical Skills:


Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office.


Familiar with internet applications for research and communication.


Experience in producing CAD drawings as per international CAD standards.

Soft Skills:


Strong organizational and planning skills.


Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.


Ability to follow instructions and suggestions from team members and senior

architects.


Clear and concise communication skills, especially when delegating tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
