Key Responsibilities

Expertise in design architecture and design pattern.

Assist in designing for various projects in retail, interiors designing.

Must be willing to learn and interested in interior projects.

Prepare design presentations during various stages of client meetings.

Develop architectural/ interior design and prepare detailed drawing sets as per the standards, bill of quantities, and specifications.

Should be excellent in design and presentation skills required.

Proficiency in 3d software and rendering would be an advantage

In time completion of the presentation, drawings as per the deadline

Would be required to prepare conceptual design presentations.

Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.

Knowledge of Acoustics will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualification

B.Arch./B.Tech/M.Tech(Civil) with Architectural knowledge.

Job Location-Dharampur, Dist. Solan. Himachal Pradesh

Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, Project Management Software

Photoshop, MS Office

Proven work experience as an Architect

Strong imagination and ability to think

Communication and Project Management Skills.
