Job Description

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements and budget

? ?Create architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software



? ?Develop and present design proposals to clients and obtain feedback for revisions



? ?Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects



? ?Coordinate with MEP/Landscape, structure consultants.



? ?Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and resolve any issues that may arise



? ?Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices



? ?Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design concepts and technical skills



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
