We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Architect

with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. The candidate must possess strong technical and design capabilities, with hands-on proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation sets Assist in conceptual and schematic design development Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members across all project stages Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants for integrated design solutions Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards Manage project documentation and timelines effectively

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture (preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural firms or related roles Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop

(knowledge of Revit or Lumion will be an added advantage) Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, and construction methods Excellent visualization, drafting, and presentation skills Good communication, coordination, and team-working abilities
