Design Integration:

Structural Considerations:

Incorporating structural elements into the design, ensuring that any changes to the interior layout are structurally sound.

Coordination with Interior Designers:

Collaborating closely with interior designers to integrate architectural elements with interior finishes, furniture, and decoration.

Technical Documentation:

Construction Drawings:

Preparing detailed drawings that include plans, sections, and elevations, focusing on interior modifications and detailing.

Specifications:

Providing detailed specifications for materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring they meet design and performance criteria.

Client Interaction:

Understanding Client Needs:

Working with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and translating these into viable design solutions.

Presentation:

Creating presentations, including 3D renderings and mood boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Software Knowledge :- Auto-CAD, Revit, 3D View Making Software .
