Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle architectural drawings, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural plans, working drawings, presentations, and detailed design documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate architectural solutions. Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and progress review. Understand and translate client requirements into practical and creative design solutions. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Assist in preparing BOQs and coordinate with the estimation team when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute. 1-3 years of experience in architecture/interior projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office. (Revit knowledge is a plus.) Good understanding of design detailing, materials, and construction workflows. Ability to work in a team and handle tasks independently. Strong communication and coordination skills.
