Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs and presentations using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks).
Collaborate with project teams to create detailed 3D models and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams for BIM model integration.
Participate in design development, working drawings, and construction documentation stages.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts within BIM models.
Maintain project BIM libraries, templates, and standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
1-5 years of experience in architectural design with hands-on BIM expertise.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders
