Sample responsibilities for this position include: Very good understanding of building systems, construction materials /methods / techniques for new and existing structures Provide electronic 3-D modeling services in Sketch Up or other formats that accurately and clearly depict the architectural design intent Assisting in the development of architectural solutions to meet project specifications Developing architectural designs to meet project specifications Preparing architectural reports and progress narratives Thorough understanding of, and ability to interpret International Building Codes Minimum 10 years of experience as an Architectural Design in retail, commercial, mall and office projects Assist with architectural tasks for projects in construction Support the Architectural Dept Stay current with new software developments (i.e., BIM, Revit Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
