Job Description

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Architect

with an experience to 3 to 4 years to join our team. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

conceptual designs

, presentations, and detailed architectural drawings. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project goals. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure cohesive design solutions. Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality execution. Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution Valid

Council of Architecture (COA) registration

. Proven experience in handling

residential, interior projects (knowledge of landscape projects will be an added advantage)

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office

(knowledge of BIM is a plus). Strong understanding of

construction methods, detailing, and materials

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Interest in

sustainable and green building practice

(LEED/GRIHA knowledge is an advantage). Ability to manage projects and deadlines. Strong teamwork and client interaction skills.
