Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional with strong expertise in architectural design and execution. The ideal candidate should have:

Proficiency in Working Drawings

- Ability to prepare accurate, detailed, and comprehensive working drawings for execution.

Conceptual Planning Skills

- Strong sense of design and space planning with the ability to translate concepts into functional layouts.

Residential Project Experience

- Prior exposure to handling residential projects, with a good understanding of design aesthetics, functionality, and client requirements.

Project Handling Capability

- Ability to independently manage and coordinate projects from design development to execution, including client interactions, site coordination, and vendor liaison.

Technical Knowledge

- Familiarity with building materials, construction techniques, and detailing to ensure quality and feasibility.

Software Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
