Description
Ensure that the team are supported by the relevant agile pratices and delivery cadence ensuring that the pratices do not become state
Facilities standups,events,reporting, retrospectives,reviews, risks and blockers and ensure that the team are upskilled and aware.
Seeks to remove impediments to optimise work throughput of the team.
create a working enviroments where team memebers feel safe to raise any form of impediments to team.
Constantly works with the project owner leass to re priorities the backlogs as and when there are changes in scope or any issuses surface.
Education: Any Graduate
