Job Description

Design and build custom scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio


Develop and configure custom ServiceNow workspaces, leveraging UI Builder


Create and manage interactive dashboards, complex reports, and performance analytics


Handle advanced reporting requirements including Database Views for data from multiple sources


Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions


Write and maintain efficient and reusable scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, etc.)


Apply ServiceNow development fundamentals and follow platform best practices


Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications and integrations


Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards


Support the implementation lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and documentation


Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development


Strong experience with App Engine Studio and low-code/no-code development tools


Proven experience in building and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces


Proficiency in creating database views, advanced reports, and dashboards


Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting components


Experience in designing and deploying custom scoped applications


Familiarity with Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal


Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills


ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, CSA) are a plus


Exposure to Performance Analytics and Custom Widgets


Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams


Familiarity with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
