Job Description

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architecture

Proficiency in:

o AutoCAD

o SketchUp

o Photoshop & Illustrator

o Revit

o V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape (and other rendering tools)

Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and site execution

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to collaborate closely with interior designers, consultants, and on-site teams

Responsibilities:

Act as the principal architect for all in-house projects

Oversee and coordinate with site teams regularly to supervise the build and ensure seamless execution

Prepare and review working drawings, and presentation materials based on the Design Concepts

Coordinate with Civil and Structural Engineers, Building contractors

Liaison with the contractual Architect

Ensure all designs align with the project's vision, budget, and timelines
