Job Description

Oversee the implementation of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures that align with the city's overall development goals and architectural plans. Ensure architectural designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Monitor the construction process to ensure that the design is accurately implemented. Provide regular reports to indicate project status and communicate any deviations to the relevant stakeholders in a timely fashion. Monitor and evaluate the creation of the Building Information Model (BIM) by the contractor of the works being designed and built by them
