Job Description

Purpose of Position To maintain architectural quality and ensure compliance with client's design vision and statutory requirements. Major Responsibilities Review and refine architectural drawings for towers and bungalows. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve conflicts. Inspect finishing and detailing at site for aesthetics and quality. Advise on material selection and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with AP building codes.
Qualification and Experience Graduate in Architecture with around 10 years of experience in architecture works for residential / commercial / institutional buildings. Skills & Qualities: Strong design and visualization skills. Practical knowledge of building codes. Eye for detailing and aesthetics. Effective communicator across disciplines. Excellent interpersonal skills Should have good leadership abilities and skills. Should be able to manage a team under him. Should have a pleasing personality * Good communication skills.
