Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our real estate team. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations while aligning with the company's real estate vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design architectural layouts for villas, apartments, gated communities, and commercial spaces.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and real estate teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Provide innovative and market-driven designs that enhance customer appeal and investment value.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.
Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and permits.
Research new materials, technologies, and design trends relevant to real estate projects.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
3- 5 years of mandatory experience in architecture, preferably within real estate or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning laws, and project execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance aesthetics with practicality and cost.
