Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs for residential and group housing projects based on client needs and project requirements.
Create detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning to optimize design solutions.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections, MEP drawings, furniture drawings.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
Assist in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing construction progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies in architecture.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and decor elements to enhance interior spaces.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
Oversee project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve any design-related issues that arise.
Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in architecture and interior design, preferably in [residential/commercial] projects.
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
Strong knowledge of materials, textiles, lighting, and furniture design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Certification from a recognized interior design association.
Experience in sustainable design and smart space planning.
