PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Designing: Should have expertise in designing of offices viz corporate office interiors.
Software: Should be well-versed in software's like AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Revit, etc.
Presentation: Should have good communication and presentation skills and should have the confidence to present the designs in front of the client.
Estimate: Detailed know how on latest materials and market rates. Should be able to prepare estimates.
Execution: Should be able to implement the designs at site. Preparation of bar charts, Co-ordination with the site engineers, contractors, various vendors, and agencies.
Lead generation: Targeting commercial real estate industry which includes real estate consultants, international property consultants, developers-builders. Initiating dialogue by calling, taking up appointment and giving profile presentation. Doing follow-ups at regular intervals via calls, messages, emails, etc
