The candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is translated accurately into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts, interior design concepts, and working drawings
Develop space planning, material selections, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
Conduct
regular site visits
to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and resolve execution-related issues
Provide on-site design clarifications and coordinate with contractors and vendors
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
2+ years of relevant professional experience (adjust as required)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic knowledge of BIM tools (preferred)
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
Willingness and ability to visit project sites regularly
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Experience with residential and commercial projects
Knowledge of local building codes and approval processes
Strong presentation and client-handling skills
