Architect & Interior Designer

Compulsory Qualification: Degree in Architecture and Interior Design

Location: NIBM, Pune, Maharashtra, India

At Adnankhan Design Studio (ADS), we are shaping spaces that blend creativity, functionality, and innovation. We are looking for a passionate Architect & Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized university. Council of Architecture (COA) registration (preferred for Architects).
Experience

2-5 years of professional experience in architectural & interior design. Hands-on experience delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Software Skills

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, D5, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona (or equivalent). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentations. Comfortable with MS Office for reports and documentation.
Project Management

Ability to manage projects end-to-end - from concept to execution. Proven skills in client interaction, consultant coordination, and contractor management. Strong time and resource management to meet deadlines.
Site Knowledge

In-depth understanding of site execution, supervision, and detailing. Expertise in materials, finishes, and construction methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges.
Technical Knowledge

Preparation of working drawings, GFCs, detailed drawings, and BOQs. Familiarity with building codes, bye-laws, and compliance standards. Understanding of structural, MEP, and services coordination.
Other Skills

Creative and innovative design thinker with attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Collaborative team player with leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
