Job Title: Architect with Interior Design and 3D Visualization Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with a strong background in interior design and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional 3D rendering skills for both exterior and interior spaces and have a thorough understanding of architectural principles and interior design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Interior Design:
- Design aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces that align with the overall architectural vision.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.
- Develop space planning, color schemes, and interior layouts that optimize space utilization and enhance user experience.
3D Visualization
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for both exterior and interior spaces.
- Utilize advanced rendering software to create photorealistic images and animations that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop virtual walkthroughs and presentations to help clients visualize the final outcome.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in architectural design, interior design, and 3D visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects with a focus on both exterior and interior 3D renderings.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
