Architect and Design specialist

Job Responsibilities

1? Drawing Review & Take-Offs

Review architectural and interior design drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, PDF plans). Perform accurate

quantity take-offs

for materials (flooring, paint, casegoods, lighting, FF&E, etc.). Measure and calculate square footage, linear footage, and counts for bidding or procurement.

2? Estimating Support

Prepare

cost estimates and BOQs

(Bill of Quantities) using vendor pricing or historical data. Support US-based project managers in

budget creation

and

value engineering

. Maintain price databases and update cost assumptions regularly.

3? Design Coordination

Review design intent documents and coordinate with interior designers or architects. Assist with specification sheets, fixture schedules, and finish schedules. Prepare presentation boards or visual summaries for management approval.

4? Vendor & Procurement Assistance

Compare supplier quotes and prepare bid tabulations. Verify product details (dimensions, finishes, pricing) against design intent. Support FF&E procurement tracking (quantity, cost, delivery timelines).

5? Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project take-off logs and cost comparison sheets. Prepare summary reports for US management teams in Excel or Google Sheets. Help standardize templates for estimating and procurement.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering

. Strong skills in

AutoCAD

,

Bluebeam

,

Excel

, and

quantity take-off software

(PlanSwift, Revu, etc.). Good understanding of

construction materials

and

interior finishes

. Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
