- Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
- Preparing Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan.
- Preparing architectural site plans, details, sections and elevations, and electrical and landscape drawings as per the project requirement.
- Autocad and Revit software knowledge and experience in 2D, 3D Views along with working drawing plans using layers.
- Meeting the Functional Objectives and requirements of the development department.
- Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
