We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to support real estate development projects from concept through completion. The architect will design functional, sustainable, and visually appealing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties while collaborating with developers, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects meet regulatory, budgetary, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design architectural plans and concepts for real estate projects

Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies

Prepare drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using architectural software

Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations

Collaborate with real estate developers, engineers, and construction teams

Review construction progress and perform site visits

Manage project documentation and approvals

Integrate sustainable and cost-effective design solutions

Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Professional architecture license (preferred or required depending on region)

Proven experience in real estate or property development projects

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools)

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

Knowledge of real estate development processes and regulations
